MUSES paper affiliation

Hey,

I noticed that the MUSES heavy-ion paper does not have the “MUSES” tag on inspire. I’m guessing this is because it needs to be done on arxiv submission somehow? I see our other two MUSES collaboration wide papers have it, though. So question, how do we get the correct MUSES tag there? Can maybe @mrpelicer explain so we know for both fixing the HIC paper as well as future knowledge?

Having this tagged is nice because then people can easily track down all our MUSES wide papers.

I do not know. The release T=0 paper that I uploaded also does not have the collaboration tag in it. @cnc6 probably knows it.

Thanks for bringing that up @jakinh, I was actually planning to discuss it for the HI paper :sweat_smile:

I don’t know either who handles the Inspire account related to MUSES, but there are indeed papers that should be affiliated which are currently not (the HI but also the NS paper before that), and the other way around, I don’t think the CMF paper should be affiliated considering it’s not a collaboration-wide work.
Or, if it’s OK to affiliate paper to MUSES even if they’re written by a subset of the collaboration, then we have a lot to catch up on :grimacing:

Ok, so I googled this and it says put it into the metadata like this for the authors box:

MUSES Collaboration: First Author, Second Author, …

so @jjahan whenever we replace the latest version, can you try that to see if it works? Let us know if that fixes it so we know for the future!
