Crust DFT module questions

The plot is not <0 at any point, it’s actually the opposite

QLIMR should only fail if it there is at least one point where the pressure goes down with the energy density. If that’s not the case, there is a bug.

Would you mind sharing the data file with us? @andrew.manning I’m not sure this is possible through the forum, is it?

I had a feeling the two of you would be seeking a way to share data soon . My suggestion is to use the shared data volume on our JupyterHub, since that has a large storage capacity, and a notebook will provide the clearest way to show how to reproduce workflow results and generate plots for analysis.

Alternatively I could give Federico access to our Nextcloud server.

In the shared folder I just uploaded a file, called beta_equilibrium-eosCMF_bq.csv. This file is the eos generated with CMF module –> lepton quark –> lepton baryons and then synthesis (lepton quark + lepton baryons)

Federico, thanks for sharing. Let’s move this conversation to a private chat
