During our annual MUSES meeting this week, we realized that this support category has so far been private: only members of the @ce-users group have been able to read and participate in discussion. Today, we decided to make the category publicly viewable so that web crawlers can scan the content and allow people to find answers here using search engines. We will retain the restriction that only @ce-users members and @collaborators members are allowed to create new topics or post relies.
